Registered Nurse Circulator  &/or  Scrub  -Full Time

Shift: Tuesday-Friday – no holidays or weekends

FTE: 0.9 (shifts are 8-10 hours)

 Benefit eligible include housing stipend 

Pay Range: $40.75- Max hire $55.00

• At least 1 year of OR experience required

Performs other duties as assigned by the OR Coordinator to accomplish overall facility objectives.  Possesses a positive and cooperative attitude.  Job knowledge gained through education, experience and training, including aptitude for remaining current in field of healthcare.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Director of Nursing is responsible for all aspects of nursing care delivery in the facility. They will assume responsibility as a department lead of the OR, Preop, and PACU. The Clinical Director  is also responsible for overseeing the facilities quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and education of the teammates. The successful candidate will:

• Provide leadership oversight to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with instructions of physician and facility’s policies & procedures.
• Demonstrate respect for co-workers & leadership and develops positive working relationships within departments.
• Provide direction to others that is clear, concise and promotes efficiency throughout the clinical areas of the facility.
• Recognize legal policy limits and individual practice.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required, a bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• ASC experience preferred.
• Surgical and orthopedic experience required.
• 2 years Nursing Management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of BLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.
• Successful completion of ACLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification.

The posted salary  range of $130,000 – $160,000 is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay Peak One in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on a 40 hour work week and the circumstances at the time of posting. Peak One may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.  This is a full time benefit eligible position including health and well-being, paid time off and retirement.
